Emma's teaching is centered on the idea that yoga is for every body. She is a certified 500 hour yoga teacher and graduate of the Urban Zen Integrative Therapy Program, founded by Donna Karan alongside Rodney Yee and Colleen Saidman-Yee in New York City. As part of the Urban Zen network she learns from leaders in the fields of medicine, contemplative care, restorative yoga, essential oil therapy, meditation, and Reiki. Emma combines these modalities for a deeply relaxing experience in her Yoga and Integrative Therapy sessions for patients and staff at Mount Sinai Comprehensive Cancer Center. Her mission is to help you find ease on and off the mat.
